These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of techpull.in and the marketplace, hiring, and studio services offered by TechPull Private Limited in India. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Company

TechPull Private Limited operates the TechPull platform and related services from India.

Services

TechPull provides a marketplace for software modules, AI solutions, talent hiring, and related product studio services. Listings, pricing, and availability may change without notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you submit. You must be authorized to act for your organization when requesting services or entering agreements.

Orders & payments

Quotes, scopes of work, and invoices define deliverables and fees. Fees are due as agreed. Subscriptions and usage-based products renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled per the applicable agreement.

Intellectual property

TechPull retains rights to its platform, branding, and pre-built modules except where a written agreement transfers or licenses specific deliverables to you.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity
• No unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the platform
• No misuse of modules or talent engagements beyond the agreed scope

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, TechPull is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts in India having competent jurisdiction.
